SkyServe is looking for Systems Engineer to join their motivated team in Bengaluru.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced edge computing systems for satellites, enabling autonomous observation capabilities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers to define system requirements, architecture, and interfaces.
- Embark on epic system analysis quests, performing functional analysis, engaging in trade studies, and evaluating performance to optimize designs and ensure victorious missions.
- Harness the power of your imagination to create system-level specifications, encompassing hardware, software, and networking, that are out of this world.
- Perform system integration and testing activities to ensure the functionality, reliability, and performance of the autonomous observation systems.
- Detect and neutralize potential risks associated with system development, deployment, and operation, keeping our missions on a collision course with success.
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to leverage cutting-edge technologies and stay updated with industry trends.
- Participate in technical reviews, meetings, and presentations to communicate system design and progress to the team and management.
- Support the development of technical documentation, including system manuals, user guides, and test plans.
- Stay current with advancements in space technology, edge computing, and autonomous systems to contribute innovative ideas and solutions to the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in systems engineering, preferably in the aerospace or space industry.
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices.
